Services and Fees
Our monthly fee is $5,885* for shared residences, $7,345* for private residences and includes:
- Individual care plan
- 24-hour highly trained staff dedicated to honoring and celebrating each individual
- Daily planned social, recreational, and educational opportunities
- Bright, cheerful clubhouse—ideal for family-style dining with family and friends
- Utilities, with the exception of telephone and cable
- Housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service
- Assistance with personal care, dressing and other tasks
- Recreational outings
- Medication management
- Protected landscaped courtyard

Yes, Summer House residents are welcome to visit any common area on the greater Claremont Manor campus as long as they are escorted.

Yes, family members may visit Summer House whenever they wish, and they may take residents out of Summer House, provided staff has been notified.

Does Summer House staff check on residents on a regular basis?
Yes, our caregivers are on site and available to residents 24 hours a day. Our Summer House provides an intimate home-like setting with caregivers checking on residents routinely.

Yes, our staff training meets the Department of Social Services requirements in Alzheimer’s care and dementia care. Training extends to all aspects of care: encouraging participation, leading engaging activities, assisting with personal care and dining, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing cueing and assistance with activities of daily living.
